Good questions.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. If you can install an app and connect headphones, you can set up the Plug. The app walks you through every step.
Do I have to install anything on my iPhone?
No. You switch on one setting and connect the Plug once – the app shows you where to tap.
Which devices will it work with?
iPhones and iPads with a current iOS, and Macs and Windows PCs with a free USB port. We’ll publish the exact requirements before orders open.
What about Android?
It’s on our list. Tick “Android” on the form if you want it – that tells us how many of you do.
What will it cost, and when can I get it?
We’ll announce price and date before orders open. The first batch will be small, and people on the waitlist hear about it first.
There’s a free MirrorAct – why pay?
The free app is made for developers: to control an iPhone, it needs developer software and a few technical steps. The Plug skips all of that and works on Windows, too.
What happens to my email address?
We use it only to tell you about MirrorAct Plug. You confirm it once by email, every email has a link to unsubscribe, and we delete it when you do – or when we close the waitlist. Details are in the privacy policy.
